About Melinda
Melinda has experience in working with a range of psychological presentations in both private and public mental health sectors. She enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults to assist them to manage a wide range of issues and to improve their psychological wellbeing. Melinda prides herself on building rapport with clients and believes everyone is entitled to have their experience heard. Melinda draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and humour in her warm approach with her clients.
Melinda is a registered Clinical Psychologist under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She has completed an undergraduate degree in Behavioural Neuroscience, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, a Master of Clinical Psychology and a Master of Organisational Psychology.
Melinda is a Psychology Board of Australia Approved Supervisor and is able to provide supervision to individuals seeking endorsement through the Clinical Registrar Program. Melinda is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), the APS College of Clinical Psychologists and the APS College of Organisational Psychologists.
